Terms of use
Draft, pending legal reviewLast updated 23 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Keen Shift Pty Ltd for using Portalsweep. They are a plain-English draft and may change after legal review. If you use Portalsweep for a business or practice, you agree to them on its behalf.
1. What Portalsweep does
Portalsweep helps you fetch supplier bills from supplier websites in your own browser and forward them by email to an inbox you choose, and shows which bills have arrived for a month and which are still due. It is in early access: features may change, and some supplier websites may fail to work with it.
2. Your responsibilities
- Authority. You must have your client’s permission to access each of their supplier accounts, to fetch their bills and to send those bills to the inbox you set up. You’re responsible for keeping records of that permission as your professional obligations require.
- Sign-ins. You or your client sign in to supplier websites. Only use logins you’re allowed to use.
- Supplier terms. You’re responsible for using each supplier’s website in line with its terms.
- Forward-to addresses. Check that each client’s forward-to address is right. We send bills to the address you give us.
- Checking the output. Portalsweep reduces manual work, and the final check stays with you. Check the completeness board and the bills before relying on them.
- Your account. Keep access to your email account secure, because that’s how you sign in.
3. Prohibited uses
- Use Portalsweep on accounts you have no right to access.
- Use it to make payments, change supplier accounts or collect information other than bills.
- Try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or get around plan limits.
- Use it for anything unlawful.
4. Plans and payment
- Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Current prices are on the pricing page.
- Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your plan continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- If we change a price, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
5. Your data
You own your data and your clients’ data. You let us use it only to provide Portalsweep, as described in our privacy policy. The supplier steps you create belong to your practice. We may use what we learn about how a supplier’s website is laid out, which is separate from your data, to make Portalsweep work better for that supplier.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Portalsweep running and to fix problems quickly, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and a supplier website may stop working with it at any time, because suppliers change their websites whenever they like.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about Portalsweep is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, or for a supplier’s website or an inbox service not working.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Portalsweep and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can. After closing, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
