What verified will mean
The portals people ask for most go first. Each has to pass three checks, and the date of its last check is shown next to it:
- The steps fetched every bill due for the month, and only those, on accounts we’re allowed to use.
- Every file was a real PDF with a unique invoice number.
- The account was left exactly as it was found, down to its paperless setting.
Steps you record for an unlisted supplier work the same way and stay with your practice; the verified label is the only difference.
